The Darksiders 2 Premium Edition is a true gem for collectors, and the real standout is the life-sized mask that comes with it.

Only 3000 units were produced, making it an ultra-rare treasure that is already highly sought after in the collector’s community.
The Darksiders 2 Premium Edition is one of those rare gems that’s already becoming a sought-after treasure among collectors. With only 3,000 units produced, it’s no surprise that its value continues to climb.
As a massive fan of the first Darksiders, I didn’t hesitate to splurge on this special edition—and I’ve never regretted it.
Darksiders 2 Premium Edition – A True Collector’s Gem
Inside the impressive package, you’ll find a life-sized replica of Death’s mask, crafted from a heavy clay-like composite material. It’s solid, detailed, and weighs in at around 1.5 kg—an absolute centrepiece for any serious gaming collection.
Looks awesome with light in the background, eh?
A huge art book, lots and lots of awesome pictures in a proper hardback book form.
Darksiders 2 – Premium Edition DLC & First Impressions
The Premium Edition of Darksiders II came bundled with several DLC codes, offering extra content like bonus music, unique armour sets, and even an additional story-driven expansion, The Abyssal Forge and Argul’s Tomb, the latter arriving around two months after the game’s initial release.
Interestingly, the included DLC appears to be the same as what came with the Limited Edition of the game, which means the actual game disc in this Premium bundle is just the Darksiders 2: Limited Edition. So, while the packaging is premium, the game itself is standard fare.
As for the gameplay, I had high hopes, being such a big fan of the first game. While Darksiders 2 is robust and definitely fun to play, it didn’t quite hook me the same way. The open-ended structure made it a bit tedious at times, especially when I found myself wandering too much trying to locate the main missions. Even now, two months after its release, I still haven’t finished it.
