DISASTER STRUCK MY AMIGA MAGAZINE COLLECTION
It started with a peaceful vibe—ended with retro panic. Troll down, shelves rattling, Amiga history almost lost!
Saturday evening. A beautiful red sky fades into darkness. I’m finally winding down with some candy and a drink, ready to relax. Everything is calm… until I hear a loud thump.
My favourite Troll ( Hugo ) is lying on the floor.
Little did I know that wasn’t the only thing about to come crashing down.
I Had To Reorganize Over 500 Magazines, To Make Room For Everything After The Collapse.
I ended up making a video about the incident with help from my youngest son, Phillip, who is turning six very soon. Just some of the cleaning up bit tho, in time-lapse mode.
I didn’t manage to take many photos or record much footage before the disaster was under control. Panic definitely took over for a moment, and I kind of regret not documenting more of it.

Phillip picked the music and sound effects for the video. He also helped with timing, decided fades and effects. Everything is admittedly a bit funny… but after editing, my ears have had enough of them for a while!
