One of the biggest and most pleasant surprises for me this year has to be Iron Guard. This is a seriously polished tower defense game for VR that grabbed my attention right away with its addictive leveling and upgrade system, backed by absolutely stunning visuals and a killer soundtrack.
What really makes it shine is how smooth it plays—no jank, no weird gimmicks, no “innovation for the sake of it.” Just pure, refined tower defense action that feels amazing from the moment you start.
This one deserves way more attention, and honestly, you should grab it immediately—especially since it’s on sale right now!
The game features 30 levels spread across a variety of maps, packed with an arsenal of defense weapons—including the ultra-expensive yet highly efficient laser. Each weapon comes with three upgrade tiers, along with unique individual enhancements that let you fine-tune your strategy even further.
Chances are, most of you will need at least 15 hours to make it through this one—and when you finally do, you’ll be left wanting more. It’s just that good! Do yourself a favor and grab it now, because this is hands down the best Tower Defense experience you can get in VR today.
