Rainbow 6 Siege Preview
I recently had the opportunity to put my hands on the closed beta of the upcoming rainbow 6 Siege, the latest instalment of the well known first-person shooter developed by Ubisoft Montreal studio for PS4. Inspired by the many counterterrorist units across the world, the game focuses on heavy close quarters combat, intense team play action, heavy destruction and very suffered confrontation.
The beta is focused on the “classic” terrorist hunt campaign and in a renewed “5 vs 5” death match in which Blue and Orange teams take turns in defending a post by reinforcing walls and ceilings or attacking it to reclaim its content.
I don’t know at this time how the complete game turns out to be, in terms of plot, campaigns or storyline so, for the time being, please enjoy the screenshots I took while playing and the followings gameplay videos.
From what I saw by playing and by reading the news on the official website, Rainbow 6 Siege looks like a very nice game, with action-packed matches and a gazillion of customization possibilities. If you are a fan of the series or you particularly like multiplayer games I suggest you give it a try.
The game is scheduled to come out on December 1st, 2015.
EDIT: This post was scheduled to be out last week but the email and facebook forward and likes/share plugin were acting up, due to this the beta codes (free) was not usable anymore and this is why i removed them from the article. /ToAks.

Will look at it asap
everything looks to be ok now.
quite suprised by the graphics actually, i have never been a fan of the series and i am not sure if i will bother with this one either although ihave to admit that there was something about it that made me want to see more of it when watching those videos/screenshots.
ive been testing the beta as well, i cant wait to see the polished product. the idea of barbed wire traps and destructing environment is cool.
@Brandon: It was so much fun playing the beta, even if my average life-time per session was very low. Competitive multiplayer can be very unforgiving and it is not exactly my cup of tea. Yet destructing things by shooting through them is really cool, so I might getting the complete game too.
@Tony: I particularly liked the “terrorist hunt” campaign. It gets really rowdy and you actually feel inside the action. My favourite character was the SWAT member, since you can make very good use of the ballistic shield.
Testing google+ api 🙂
Nice! 😉
