The Curse Of Rabenstein Collector’s Edition Out Now
Poly.play and Stefan Vogt’s studio PUDDLE is back with a brand new text adventure game for our beloved Amiga platform.
Their last Amiga release was Hibernated 1 which came out last year, we reviewed it naturally and you can read all about it here.
This is Poly.play’s third Amiga release (their first was Zerosphere) and it looks like yet another golden Amiga big box release with loads of collectables and such which means that every collector out there needs this one in their collection.
The box looks rather cool, I will review all this when I get it along with the game.
The game launched across various formats (like Commodore +4 /16 and 64 etc) but it looks like the box and the stuff inside is identical to the Amiga version
The game will set you back 25 EUR and is as far as I know only available from the Poly.play website, some people might thing 25 EUR is way too much for such a game but keep in mind that this is a CE box with loads of extras in it, everything is listed below.
Collector’s Edition features:
- 3.5″ Diskette
- Cardboard box
- MicroSD card including disk images and more
- 8-page DIN A5 manual (English)
- Stickers
- Poster (Din A3)
- Shrink-wrapped
So, hurry up and get yourself a copy. Support Amiga developers, Support our future!
EDIT: Stefan Vogt contacted us on Twitter (and here) about a mishap on the Poly.play store, the game ain’t available now but it is actually a pre-order and that the game will be out in March 2020. The store is fixed now with the details so make sure to pre-order now incase you aborted earlier this week.

Sweet! Since you got the Amiga version I just bought the C64 one. 🙂
Not got it yet but yeah it sold out two hours after my post today ?
Great! Did you show off with Stefan Vogt about that? 😛
Hehe no, not heard from him. I plan on investigating it a bit further when i get my box.
Hi guys, there was an error in Poly.Play’s shop system. The game’s not sold out, you can preorder as many copies as you like to. Actually my stuff never sells out as my publisher always produces new copies thanks to an ongoing demand. Should show now correctly that the game will be available around mid-March.
PS: typo in the article: it’s STEFAN, not Steven 🙂 cheers!
Awesome!
